i was absolutely speechless when i saw my cramped room with outdated decor and no iron, honestly! the air conditioning didn’t work, which was definitley not what i signed up for. after such an experience, i really expected a complimentary gesture or something—but no, just more disappointment. i almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.
